2-part progressive headstand & arm balance workshop with elena milyukova

Join Elena for a progressive 2-part workshop designed to build strength, confidence, and curiosity in inversions and arm balances. Each 2-hour session moves from foundational work to more expansive exploration, supporting a safe and empowering journey upside down.
Session 1 – Foundations & First Flights
Prepare the wrists, shoulders, and core while learning key alignment for Shoulder Stand and Headstand. We’ll finish with supported Half and Full Handstand at the wall, focusing on strength, stability, and mindset.
Session 2 – Strength, Stability & Expansion
Refine Headstand and Handstand while exploring arm balances including Flying Splits and Eight-Angle Pose. You’ll be introduced to Forearm Stand and playful Headstand variations to build confidence and coordination.
