This guided somatic breathwork journey is an opportunity to gently move through stuck energy, reconnect with your breath, and experience a deeper sense of clarity, openness, and ease. Through intentional breathing, music, and guided support, the body is given permission to unwind — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
