somatic breathwork journey & sound bowls with helena mcLoughlin
Saturday, May 2 | 4:00–5:15pm | Regular class rate - Membership can be used | Limited to 20 students
Immerse yourself in a Somatic Breathwork Journey designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect. Through intentional, rhythmic breathing synced with music, you’ll be invited to move energy, soften tension, and access deeper layers of awareness. This somatic approach creates space for emotions and sensations to surface and shift, allowing for clarity, grounding, and renewal.
The journey is then followed by an integration with crystal singing bowls and sound healing. As the breathwork settles, the vibrations of the bowls help calm the nervous system, support integration, and guide you into a deeply restful, meditative state.
sound bath: lifting the heart with paitra houts
Friday, May 15 | 7:15–8:15pm | Regular class rate - Membership can be used
In a world that can feel heavy, there is quiet beauty waiting to be noticed—the scent of orange blossoms as you step outside, a hug that arrives at just the right moment, the memory of someone you love. These small gifts surround us daily, even when larger things feel hard.
In this sound bath, Paitra invites you to pause and let your heart be lifted. Through vocals and EarthTones crystal bowls, she’ll weave together sound and stillness to support your nervous system and gently raise your vibration, opening you to the warmth, beauty, and tenderness that are always present, even when they're easy to miss.
Come as you are. Let the sound find you there.

Mr David (David Estes) and Prajna Brianna Vieira and each bring together 25+ years of Hindu devotional chanting practice and experience with professional musicianship in a dynamic duo sharing a traditional style Bhakti Yoga kirtan practice in call and response chanting with the audience. Both lead, trading off on vocals, with Prajna on harmonium and melodica and David on Indian drum and Chikari Banjo.
