you are not stuck workshop with becky vollmer

Saturday, June 28 | 2:00 - 5:00pm | $108 (early bird)| $128 (after June 14)

Whether in relationships, families, jobs or habits, sometimes it seems we are hopelessly, impossibly stuck. But “stuck” is only a feeling, not a fact – and it’s most certainly not permanent. The truth is that we all have choices, we just have to be brave enough to make them.

Please join Becky Vollmer—empowerment expert, author and longtime yoga teacher—for a transformational afternoon of movement, breath, soul excavation and action planning.

In this workshop, you’ll explore hard questions and peel back protective layers of ego to reveal honest answers. You’ll bust through the fears that make change so intimidating and begin to feel the power that lies in your choices. And you’ll move through yoga poses designed to soothe and embolden both body and spirit.

This workshop isn’t only for experienced yogis; it’s for anyone ready to live the life you dream of instead of the one you feel stuck in.

There will be plenty of reflection and writing, so please bring a journal and pen.

About Becky: Becky Vollmer is the author of You Are Not Stuck: How Soul-Guided Choices Transform Fear into Freedom. A yoga teacher for two decades, she also leads retreats at some of the nation’s leading yoga and wellness centers, including Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Omega Institute, Canyon Ranch and The Art of Living Center.
