Open to all levels, Vinyasa Flow Foundations is a welcoming space to build a strong, mindful foundation in your practice. In this class, you’ll learn key skills including Ujjayi breath, Sun Salutations, proper form and alignment in foundational poses, smooth transitions, and safe modifications to suit your body and experience level. By the end of class, you’ll feel grounded, confident, and ready to continue your yoga journey, whether you’re just starting out or refining your practice.
kirtan with prajna vieira & mr david

Kirtan is a soulful, call-and-response chanting practice that blends music, mantra, and community. Together, we sing ancient and modern chants, allowing the rhythm and vibration of the music to open the heart, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned chanter or a first-timer, kirtan offers a joyful space to connect, let go, and experience the power of collective sound.
Mr David (David Estes) and Prajna Brianna Vieira and each bring together 25+ years of Hindu devotional chanting practice and experience with professional musicianship in a dynamic duo sharing a traditional style Bhakti Yoga kirtan practice in call and response chanting with the audience. Both lead, trading off on vocals, with Prajna on harmonium and melodica and David on Indian drum and Chikari Banjo.

Join Tian Tian, Certified Holistic Coach and 25th-generation Dragon Gate Daoist practitioner, for a Lunar New Year practice designed to nourish your qi (life force) and help you begin Year of Fire Horse feeling clear, grounded, and alive!
We will start with Yang Sheng (nourishing life) Qi Gong to circulate qi, awaken vitality, and warm the body from within. Then we will soften into Yin Yoga to release tension, settle the nervous system, and harmonize with the energetic quality of the season.
All levels are welcome. Everyone who attends will receive a red envelope!

Take a pause and reconnect with the rhythm of nature at our Slow Down Saturday. Each session aligns with the season, offering space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
We’ll begin with a gentle, seasonally-inspired Yin practice to help you slow down, soften, and settle into mindful movement. Aromatherapy will support deeper relaxation and quiet the mind. Then, sink into stillness with a calming sound bath, followed by a closing tea ceremony featuring a warm, seasonal blend to ground and restore.
Whether you need relaxation, release, or simply a moment to recharge, this experience invites you to slow your pace and renew your energy in harmony with nature.

Slow down and soften in this candlelit class focused on gentle heart openers, mindful movement, and deep rest. We’ll flow slowly, then settle into supported restorative poses to calm the nervous system and invite ease. A warm, nourishing Valentine’s practice for body and heart.

Close out your week with deep rest and renewal. This immersive sound bath experience will soothe your nervous system and help you release the stress you've been carrying. As you lie comfortably, waves of sound from crystal bowls and other healing instruments wash over you — quieting the mind, easing tension and guiding you into a meditative state.
No movement required, just arrive ready to relax and reset. It’s the perfect way to transition from the busyness of the week into a calmer, more centered weekend.
