Upside Down Clarity: Mastering the Handstand with Angela Patriarca

Saturday, November 22 | 3:00–5:00pm | Regular class rate – Membership can be used

Ready to finally balance in a handstand away from the wall? This workshop offers a systematic approach that will get you there in a fraction of the time. Whether you’ve been kicking up against walls for years or feel intimidated by inversions, you'll discover that handstands are about precise alignment and mental focus, not superhuman strength. We’ll break down the essential components through targeted drills that prepare your shoulders, core, and wrists. Beyond the physical practice, inverting energizes the ajna (third eye) chakra, creating clarity, focus, and unshakeable confidence. By the end, you’ll have the tools to practice independently, discovering that with the right system, balance becomes not just achievable, but transformative.
